Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Sycana Health AI LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of the CredVault platform so that everyone can manage their credentials effectively, regardless of ability.
Our goal is to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Accessibility Features
The CredVault platform incorporates the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (h1-h6) for screen reader navigation;
- ARIA labels and roles on interactive elements where native semantics are insufficient;
- Keyboard-accessible navigation throughout the application, including dropdown menus, modals, and data tables;
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements;
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements;
- Support for browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
- Alternative text on meaningful images and icons;
- Form inputs with associated labels and error messages that are announced by screen readers;
- Dark mode and light mode options to reduce visual strain;
- Text-based alternatives for data presented in charts and visualizations where available.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may present challenges:
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., Stripe checkout) may have limited accessibility. We encourage those providers to maintain their own accessibility compliance;
- Uploaded documents (PDF, DOCX) displayed within the Service depend on the original author's accessibility practices;
- Some legacy data tables may require horizontal scrolling on narrow viewports;
- Real-time status indicators (expiration alerts, progress bars) may be conveyed through color alone in some interfaces; where identified, we add text labels.
We actively track and remediate these limitations. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it using the contact information below.
Conformance Status
The CredVault platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard. We perform ongoing internal audits and engage third-party accessibility evaluators to identify and address gaps.
Testing & Quality Assurance
We incorporate accessibility into our development workflow through:
- Automated accessibility scanning as part of our CI/CD pipeline;
- Manual testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) on major browsers;
- Keyboard-only navigation testing for all user flows;
- Regular audits against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria.
Third-Party Content
The CredVault platform may link to or embed content from third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the accessibility of these third-party services, but we encourage providers to maintain accessible practices.
