Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Start your 14-day trial with just your email. Add billing details only when you're ready to subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'provider'?
Any licensed clinician you track credentials for — physician, NP, PA, CRNA, etc.
Can I import our existing tracker?
Yes. Upload an Excel, CSV, PDF, or image tracker and review parsed provider and credential records before saving them.
Can my team use the same account?
Invite team members with role-based access so billing, admin, and credentialing users can help manage the same practice roster.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CredVault supports CSV exports for credential reports and provider review. Export important data before canceling or deleting an account.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, account access may be limited; contact support if you need an export.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data — we use subprocessors only to operate the service (hosting, email, SMS, AI parsing, payments). See our Trust & Security page for details.
Will CredVault sign a BAA?
Business Associate Agreements are available on request for covered entities that require one. Do not upload patient PHI unless a BAA is fully executed. Email hello@getcredvault.com to request a BAA.
