What columns are included in the credential tracking spreadsheet?
The template includes columns for Provider Name, Credential Type, License/ID Number, State, Issue Date, Expiration Date, and Notes. These seven fields cover everything you need to track medical licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, and other credentials across your practice.
Can I add my own columns to the template?
Absolutely. The CSV is a starter template. You can add columns like "Renewal Fee," "Status," "Assigned To," or any other field that helps your practice manage credentials more effectively.
